Who I am:
Hello, I’m Stéphanie, a registered dietitian and nutritionist based in Angoulins, near La Rochelle. I offer both in-person and video consultations. I specialize in the gut microbiome, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and autoimmune disorders. I work with herbal medicine, gemmotherapy, micronutrition, and microimmunotherapy.
My expertise:
BTS in Dietetics, University Diploma in Micronutrition, Exercise, and Health (Poitiers, Denis Riché), University Diploma in Microbiota and Health (Sorbonne, Prof. Clément), and continuing education on the microbiota and specialized biology through the Médiprevent association. I tailor EBV treatment based on protein profiling and lymphocyte typing; I track viral reactivations, their interactions, and their immune system hijacking in relation to pathogenic bacteria, parasites, and fungi. I take a holistic and comprehensive approach, focusing on identifying the root causes. I work in a multidisciplinary setting.
