The app of these rights is not absolute. Requests to exercise these rights will always be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Collectif DetectEBV.
Where the processing of your data is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, simply and without any justification.

Processing of personal data of people who send us their testimonies
Project : To share the experience of people affected by the Epstein Barr virus and to support them in the fight against the pathology or the symptoms it causes.
It is therefore a question of being able to publish and translate written testimonies accompanied or not by the photo of the witness affected by the Epstein Barr virus, on the documents, web pages and social networks of the DetectEBV Collective.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and limitation of processing with the DetectEBV Collective by sending an electronic request to info@detectebv.org. The DetectEBV Collective undertakes to take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is deleted or rectified when it is inaccurate

The Collective DetectEBV will exercise all rights of exploitation attached to your testimony and your image.
The Collective DetectEBV may translate or have translated into any language your testimony. The testimony and all translations will remain the exclusive property of the Collective DetectEBV. The Collective DetectEBV expressly refrains from transferring the present authorizations to a third party. The DetectEBV Collective also refrains from any illicit exploitation, or not foreseen above, of your written testimony and your image, likely to harm your dignity, your reputation or your private life and any other prejudicial exploitation according to the laws and regulations in force.
In the context defined above, the collection and use of your written testimony and your image may not give rise to any remuneration or consideration in any form whatsoever. This express acceptance is final and excludes any request for subsequent remuneration.
In accordance with the European Regulation EU-2016/679 of 27/04/2016, the DetectEBV Collective undertakes to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into app on 25 May 2018.
The personal data will be kept on a computer medium and will be integrated into the processing system under the responsibility of the Collectif DetectEBV for the entire duration of this Authorisation and also for two years after its termination, this in order to allow the proper execution of this Authorisation and to comply with legal obligations. The DetectEBV Collective undertakes to process the data in a legal, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner.
